To minimise public negative reviews, we’ve added a “could we improve” button to each review prompt. This allows dissatisfied customers to send feedback directly to your dashboard instead of posting publicly. They can also opt to be contacted for further discussion, though this is optional.
Currently SMS only works in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom & United States, however you can use the QR code and email from anywhere in the world.
