Is your pricing in USD or my local currency?

All our prices are in USD ($), no matter where you are. If you’re paying in another currency, your bank or payment provider may convert it and apply their own rates or fees.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time within your dashboard.

How can I avoid negative reviews?

To minimise public negative reviews, we’ve added a “could we improve” button to each review prompt. This allows dissatisfied customers to send feedback directly to your dashboard instead of posting publicly. They can also opt to be contacted for further discussion, though this is optional.

What regions does Fetch work?

Currently SMS only works in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom & United States, however you can use the QR code and email from anywhere in the world.
